About Us

Guided by our vision, we support the implementation of equitable strategies and approaches that address the education debt and inequities in school systems. Our goal is to address the long-term barriers to equitable education in order to develop systems that provide all students with quality rigorous education. From research and experience, we know that such an endeavor requires a collaborative student-centered process that empowers all stakeholders. Our main role in that process is to guide and support educators to develop and improve their teaching craft and/or leadership in order to empower students with the critical thinking skills needed to address the global and local problems of the future.
